Mohit and Priya | May 2017
An Indian/Hindu wedding comes to life with rich, bold colors, festivities, and customs that have existed for many years. In May 2017, I had the honor of witnessing the love and marriage between Mohit and Priya. Before going into detail about their special day, I want to briefly explain the customs of an Indian wedding.
AISM Photography captured Mohit and Priya’s wedding day, which was held at the Grandover Resort. In the reception hall of the resort, this couple’s day was beautifully decorated by Carolina Wedding Belle. Reception tables were dressed in white linens. Tables alternated with placing of green or gold napkins and a gold tree or three silver vases of varying heights. Easy Peasy baked a stunning, four tiered cake. For the Sangeet, each table had a mirrored centerpiece, four candles, and an Indian vase. Delicious food was prepared and provided by Raaga. It was truly an honor to be apart of this couple’s new chapter. I’m glad they choose me, Ashley of Social Conceptions, to help coordinate their day.
